Biography
Erica focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, including first-party property damage, bad faith claims and claims against insurance agents. She also provides legal advice on property damage coverage matters.
She has experience in all stages of state and appellate litigation proceedings, from initial case evaluation through resolution. Erica works with clients to negotiate and draft settlement agreements, advise them on risk management and provide analysis on insurance policies and claim files. She has also represented commercial clients and individuals in matters involving real estate, contract disputes, writs of execution, mechanic’s liens and landlord-tenant disputes.
Before Fox Rothschild
Before joining Fox Rothschild, Erica spent several years in civil and commercial litigation as an associate at two Mid-Atlantic law firms. She also worked at a Philadelphia-based firm focused on real estate, business and commercial transactions and litigation. After graduating from law school, she worked as an associate attorney and title officer at Land Services USA, Inc., where she gained experience in multisite, multimillion-dollar commercial real estate transactions.
While in law school, Erica was a legal intern at the Nassau County Family Court in New York and a summer associate at an international law firm. She also served as the managing editor of the Journal of International Business and Law and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
