Biography
Erxin is an intellectual property attorney whose practice is focused on patent litigation.
Erxin has experience representing clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex technology areas, including computer software and hardware, mechanical systems, gene therapy, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. She also conducts IP due diligence and assists with prosecution of utility and design patents. A former software engineer with academic background in chemistry and computer science, Erxin has a thorough understanding of the IP her clients are looking to protect.

Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate, Erxin joined us full-time after graduating law school.
While earning her degree, Erxin served as a legal extern for a biotech company. She also interned in the Shanghai office of a global law firm.
Erxin was a software engineer before attending law school, where she worked on developing contact tracing software for infectious disease.
As an undergraduate, Erxin double majored in chemistry and computer science. During those years, Erxin conducted research in biochemistry with a focus on the effect of macromolecular crowding on enzyme kinetics. She received the Carl Aten Prize for outstanding performance in physical chemistry and John Klein Prize in computer science.
