Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Esther was a summer associate at the firm. During law school, she was a legal intern with the The Center for HIV Law and Policy and worked as a student attorney with the Vanderbilt Law School Intellectual Property and the Arts Clinic.

Before attending law school, Esther worked as an account executive at a national public relations and communications firm.
