2021 brought several important changes to environmental law in Pennsylvania, and 2022 will be no different.  This presentation will cover some key issues, especially with respect to PFAS, including:

1. New PADEP Act 2 cleanup standards for PFOA, PFOS, and PFBS,
2. ASTM requirements,
3. EPA’s proposed PFOA and PFOS “hazardous substance” designations, and
4. PADEP’s proposed PFOA and PFOS drinking water limits
