It’s been 18 months since the Weinstein scandal appeared in the NY Times. This panel will the discuss what has transpired in the workplace since the #MeToo movement began. In particular the panel will discuss:
- Best practices in conducting investigations of workplace claims
- Sexual harassment training that works
- The interplay of sexual harassment claims with Employment Practices Liability Insurance
- Confidentiality agreements and new local laws banning them
- Sexual harassment claims affecting the board room and inciting shareholder lawsuits
