The adoption of the final rule concerning NYC's Fair Workweek has been announced. Harri's Compliance team, along with our expert legal counsel, carefully followed the pending revisions throughout the public hearing process and we have reviewed the final amendments detailed in the now published Final Rule. The revisions include critical clarifications related to definitions, record keeping requirements, consent, work schedules, schedule changes, access to hours requirements, and much more.

As our team anticipated, the final amendments will surely affect how our NYC clients apply the rules in their day-to-day operations. As such, we have been preparing our systems for the changes for several months to ensure we are ready to aid our valued clients upon finalization of the rules.
