Every organization has a legal duty to maintain a workplace free of harassment and retaliation and ensure that every employee is treated with dignity and respect. This is especially true in California, where employers with five or more employees are now required to provide sexual harassment prevention training to all employees before January 1, 2020. This training meets all guidelines for training supervisors and other employees.

Please join the Marin EAC and leading labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP for this vital, state mandated training. Information and guidance regarding federal and state statutory provisions and practical examples will be reviewed.
