Biography
An experienced labor and employment attorney, Jasmine defends businesses in all aspects of employment law matters and serves as the regional practice lead for the firm’s Labor & Employment Department in the San Francisco office.
She manages a broad range of litigation involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, failure to accommodate, leave denial, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and other claims before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Committed to helping employers comply with employment laws, Jasmine also provides advice and counsel to employers on how to prevent litigation and develop effective employment policies and practices.
A certified, trauma-informed investigator, Jasmine has experience conducting Title IX and workplace investigations.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Jasmine was partner and co-chair of the Diversity Education Initiative at a national employment law firm. Before that, Jasmine worked as a labor and employment associate at national, regional and boutique law firms. Jasmine also previously worked as in-house employment counsel for a technology company.
