Construction Pro Ralf Rodriguez Joins Fox Rothschild in Miami
Fox Rothschild welcomes Ralf R. Rodriguez as a partner in the Litigation Department in the firm's Miami office.
“Ralf brings a compelling combination of construction litigation experience, trial skills and regulatory insight that will be a tremendous asset to our clients and our team,” said Thomas Oppenheimer, Fox’s Miami Office Managing Partner. “He has successfully guided businesses through complex disputes and investigations across the United States and internationally, and we are excited to welcome him to Fox.”

In addition to his construction practice, Rodriguez advises clients on a broad range of commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense and regulatory compliance matters. He counsels companies facing internal investigations, government inquiries and fraud-related allegations, including matters involving the False Claims Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. His work frequently involves cross-border issues throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
Rodriguez brings more than two decades of private practice experience. Before entering private practice, he served as a law enforcement professional with the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He has been recognized by Chambers USA for Construction Law in Florida.
Rodriguez earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Florida.
