• Impact of state privacy laws on employers, including NJ’s newly passed privacy law
• Liability in the event of a cyberbreach, and class actions 
• Background and credit checks
• Drug and alcohol testing
• Vendors, their obligations and how to avoid involvement in a lawsuit due to vendor issues
