Revised Court Rules were released on September 1, 2025, and include several changes that directly impact the way family lawyers practice every day. From FD deadlines to the child support guidelines, we will cover everything you need to know to stay current! Then, we will be conducting a deep dive into the Family Part Case Information Statement (including a review of the basics, as well as the new "Schedule D", budget categories, and asset clarifications).
