Biography

A litigator, Fawn assists corporations and individuals in resolving a broad range of commercial disputes.

Fawn has significant experience representing clients in the financial services industry. She handles matters including transition assistance, FINRA and SEC inquiries and investigations, enforcement proceedings, and customer and industry arbitrations. 

Beyond the financial services industry, Fawn litigates claims involving class actions, construction and real estate disputes, corporate governance, RICO, Section 16(b) and general commercial litigation matters. She handles all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation investigation to trial and appeals. Fawn is experienced in appearing before various state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, Nevada, California and Delaware.

Before Fox Rothschild

Fawn joined us from the New York office of a bi-coastal law firm where she represented clients in litigations and arbitrations, advised corporations on matters such as potential claims and defenses, internal investigations and public filings. She previously practiced at a boutique securities litigation firm in New York.

During law school, Fawn served as the intraschool editor of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Team. She was a semi-finalist in the Golden Gate University National Criminal Mock Trial Competition and in the AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition. Fawn was also member of the Fordham International Law Journal.
