A former summer associate, Francis joined us full-time after earning his law degree.

During law school, Francis practiced as a student attorney with the Rutgers Intellectual Property Law Clinic. He completed legal fellowships with a national law firm and a major credit card company. Francis also interned with the Office of the Somerset County (New Jersey) Prosecutor. 

At Rutgers Law School, he was vice chair and treasurer of the Moot Court Board. He also held leadership roles in Rutgers Outlaws and the Asian and Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA). Francis worked on the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal, as an associate editor and later managing notes and comments editor.
