Biography
Franklin is a skilled litigator who focuses his practice on complex commercial and fiduciary matters. He also handles litigation involving cybersecurity and data privacy, the First Amendment, civil rights, trusts and estates litigation and appellate law. His work includes several significant reported cases.

Franklin is an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association's (AAA) national panel. Franklin who is CIPP/US and CIPM-certified in cybersecurity and data security, is Founding Co-Chair of The Florida Bar's Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Committee.
