Biography
A litigator, Gaurav advises clients in all stages of the dispute resolution process.
Gaurav assists clients with a wide range of commercial disputes and helps clients develop strategies to prevent or mitigate future claims.
He also has experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies/venture capital transactions, corporate governance disputes, international trade law and regulatory compliance.
Before Fox Rothschild
Gaurav joined us from a global law firm. He previously interned for the Honorable Cathy Bissoon in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where he gained valuable insights into the judicial process, conducting legal research and crafting judicial memoranda.
During law school, Gaurav was the Executive Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and the News and Social Media Editor for JURIST Legal News. He earned the University of Pittsburgh School of Law's Benjamin H. Teplitz Award for receiving the highest 3L GPA in his graduating class, as well as the Public Service and Pro Bono Leadership Award.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Gaurav was selected to the 2026 LCLD Pathfinders, which provides early-career attorneys with the opportunity to learn from legal industry leaders while gaining leadership skills and relationship-building resources. LCLD consists of 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating an environment where all talent can thrive.
