Gerald Arth is a senior partner in the Philadelphia office of Fox Rothschild LLP, a national law firm. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation and class action defense. Mr. Arth has extensive experience in defending TCPA cases, and writes and speaks frequently on TCPA issues. Among other things, he currently is defending two nationwide class actions brought by plaintiff’s counsel in Facebook, Inc. v. Duguid.
