Biography

Giselle represents businesses, nonprofits and individuals in federal, state and local tax controversies.

She advises clients on IRS audits and litigation before the Arizona Tax Court, U.S. Tax Court and Federal District Court. Her experience includes:

  • Private letter ruling requests
  • Audit and micro-audit representation, appeals and litigation
  • Offshore foreign bank account reporting
  • Innocent/injured spouse relief
  • Offers-in-compromise and other IRS settlements
  • Captive insurance disputes
  • State/local tax apportionment issues
  • Nonprofit formation

Giselle also is a member of our Franchising & Distribution Practice Group, defending clients against audits and helping them minimize the tax consequences of their franchise agreements.

Giselle is an Arizona CPA and a former president of the Arizona State Board of Accountancy. She is also certified as a Tax Law Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona.

Before Fox Rothschild

Giselle joined us from a boutique Atlanta firm that focuses on tax law. She previously practiced at boutique and international law firms as well as a Big Four accounting firm.
