During law school, Glenna was a student attorney at the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic and a legal intern at The Domestic Violence Project. She also served as a summer associate at Fox Rothschild and a local New York firm. Additionally, she was the notes editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal.

During college, Glenna was an operations intern at Allied World Assurance Company.
