Fox Rothschild welcomes Robbie Alipour as a Partner in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department in the firm’s Chicago office.

Alipour advises multinational businesses and private clients on U.S. international tax planning. He oversees inbound and outbound structuring for multinational companies and manages U.S. tax matters affecting high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. He brings experience in multinational group restructurings and reorganizations, from preparing internal restructuring plans to managing post‑acquisition integration efforts.

Alipour holds law degrees from the New York University School of Law and the University of Florida College of Law, as well as degrees in economics and finance from the University of South Florida and the University of Florida.

Prior to joining Fox, Alipour was a member of the federal and international tax group at Eversheds Sutherland.
