Biography
Grant assists clients in a wide variety of business transactions, including the purchase and sale of assets and stocks. He also provides guidance on corporate governance and advises companies in highly regulated industries on compliance and licensing.
A member of the firm’s Automotive Practice Group, Grant has experience in representing both buyers and sellers in sales of dealerships and drafting operating agreements. He also guides dealerships in complying with state franchise laws.
As a member of the Cannabis Law Practice Group, Grant has assisted clients with cannabis licensing applications and has prepared operating agreements and other entity documents for clients in the cannabis space.
Before Fox Rothschild
Grant was a summer associate at Fox and joined us full-time after law school.
At Vanderbilt University Law School, Grant was Circuit President of the Co-Counsel Mentorship Program and served as the Associate Justice for First Year and Undergraduate Programs for his Moot Court Board. He was a student attorney for the Vanderbilt Law School Housing Clinic.
Grant also served as a law clerk in the Office of General Counsel at Rutgers and Vanderbilt universities.
