Prior to joining us, Haley was an associate at a regional law firm in Pennsylvania. She also worked at a boutique Pennsylvania firm after graduating from law school. 

While earning her law degree, Haley interned for the Honorable Stephanie L. Haines of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She was also a summer associate for a Pennsylvania law firm and a Title IX Advisor at Juniata College.

Haley earned two CALI Awards related to litigation, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award, and the Excellence in Arbitration Award at the Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law. At law school, she was also a member of the Penn State Law’s Civil Rights Appellate Legal Clinic, The Penn State Law Arbitration Law Review Executive Board, the ABA Appellate Moot Court Team and multiple award-winning Penn State Law National Mock Trial Teams. 

After graduation, Haley continued to help both of her alma maters' mock trial teams. She was the assistant coordinator and coach of Juniata College's team and a guest lecturer and judge for Penn State Law’s Trial Advocacy course.

Haley volunteers as an attorney advisor for the Conestoga Valley High School Mock Trial Team. She also serves on the board of directors of Meals on Wheels of Lancaster.
