Navigating clients through external threats, whether they be reputational or legal, is the bread and butter for in-house and outside counsel. But, when those challenges arrive at sensitive times for a company, for example when a major transaction is pending, they rise to another level. Time pressures, lack of information, demands of interested parties and stakeholders, deal deadlines, etc., exponentially complicate the solving the problem, especially for healthcare companies. This panel will use a table-top exercise format to illustrate the challenges and identify solutions.
