Biography
Heidi works with clients to find collaborative solutions that drive real estate transactions to closing.
She focuses her practice on representing mortgage lenders in commercial real estate transactions with agency financing, particularly clients who service and originate loans through Fannie Mae. In a fast-paced industry, Heidi prides herself on being accessible, knowing clients don't often have time to wait for a response.
She also has experience representing clients in regard to:
- HUD interest rate reductions and refinancings
- Lease negotiations
- Homeowners associations
- Foreclosures
- Creditors' remedies
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Heidi was a shareholder in a Minneapolis law firm. Before that, she practiced law at firms in California and Minnesota, including a boutique firm focused on real estate.

Heidi volunteers with Second Harvest, a Twin Cities food bank.
Representative Matters
- Represented the lender in over 100 Fannie Mae financing transactions nationwide, including a $100 million phased affordable housing project in California, a $50 million portfolio in Minnesota, a $24.8 million transaction in Ohio and a $23.9 million transaction in Arkansas.
- Represented the borrower in a HUD 223f refinance in Colorado.
- Represented borrowers in numerous HUD interest rate reduction transactions.
- Represented landlords in lease negotiations.
- Represented numerous homeowners associations in assessment collection actions and judicial foreclosures.
