Fox Rothschild’s Generation Fox community service initiative has donated $1 million, more than 5,000 items and 800+ service hours to more than 225 organizations that empower youth from coast to coast.

“Giving back has always been deeply personal to us and our firm culture — it’s part of who we are,” said Firmwide Managing Partner Todd A. Rodriguez. “With Generation Fox, we’ve put youth at the heart of our charitable efforts and community engagement. Our goal is to make a difference, and the results speak for themselves.”

Launched in July 2024, Generation Fox invests in and supports youth in the communities where the firm has offices across the U.S. The initiative encompasses a multitude of ways that Fox gives back to its communities, with a focus on children up to age 18.

During the holidays, Generation Fox is stepping up its commitment to supporting local schools by providing essential supplies and financial assistance. Our offices have organized events or donation drives addressing the most urgent needs of schools in their communities.

“While every one of our offices has its own unique character, we are united by a shared purpose: to empower youth in our communities,” said Holly Lentz Kleeman, Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer at Fox. “By collaborating with our local schools we are making a shared investment in the future.”

Generation Fox was designed to be flexible so that lawyers, practice groups, offices and the firm’s business professionals can each work and donate in ways that make sense in their cities and neighborhoods. The goals are equally expansive: to support groups that empower kids in their education and in their play, in cultural development, in nutrition, in health and well-being, and through protection of their legal rights.
