  • Represented Hard Eight Investment Group in acquisition of eight Marriott Hotels, valued at $100 million. 
  • Secured all permits and approvals for construction and expansion of The Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ. 
  • Obtained casino and liquor licenses for Atlantic City restaurants Wolfgang Puck, House of Blues, Hard Rock Café and PF Chang’s China Bistro. 
  • Represented The NorthStar Group in the acquisition and disposition of several limited service hotels pursuant to an IRC 1031 exchange. 
  • Structured and negotiated the joint venture development of hotels in Trinidad & Tobago and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. 
  • Represented a fund in the acquisition of mezzanine debt from two public bank holding companies. 
  • Represented Harrah's Entertainment & Casino Hotel in the recent expansion of a 560-room tower and commercial development. 
  • Represented Showboat Casino Hotel in the expansion of a 500-room tower.
