Fox Rothschild congratulates Howard A. Cohen, who was appointed Co-Chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) Financial Advisors and Investment Banking (FAIB) Committee.

As Co-Chair, Cohen will lead the FAIB Committee in providing guidance to ABI members on issues impacting the financial advisor community, including valuation, M&A, tax, retention and payment, and fiduciary governance.

A Partner in the firm’s Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Department, Cohen represents debtors, official committees, ad hoc committees, equity sponsors, trustees, asset purchasers, lenders and trade creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
