The Big Bang—How AI is Revolutionizing the Way in Which We as M&A Lawyers Serve Our Clients
1000 H St. NW, Washington, DC 20001
LegalTech has been a phenomenon for a long time. It has allowed to make our work more efficient by providing technical assistance. AI, however, is introducing radical change to the way we work: It is capable of replacing elements of human work. This has far-reaching implications, in particular in the way we are advising on M&A transactions. M&A deals are often voluminous and technically complex. Therefore, phase 1 of LegalTech has already had a big influence on the way we serve our clients on transactions. This program will analyze Phase 2; attendants will have a better understanding of relevant tools and how they ca be best used.
