He advocates for clients across government contracting forums, including in size protests, bid protests, Contract Disputes Act claims and complex construction arbitrations.

Before Fox Rothschild

A former law clerk and summer associate, Jacob joined us full-time after earning his law degree. He previously interned with the New Jersey Department of Law & Public Safety, Division of Law and with a boutique criminal defense law firm.

While attending the George Washington University Law School, Jacob was selected for membership on the Moot Court and Mock Trial Boards. He also volunteered as a pro-bono case screener for the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project and served as a member of the Public Contract Law Journal.
