Biography
A member of the Federal Government Contracts Department, Jacob guides clients through the challenges and opportunities of doing business with the federal government.
He advocates for clients across government contracting forums, including in size protests, bid protests, Contract Disputes Act claims and complex construction arbitrations.
Jacob advises clients on how to mitigate risk, navigate evolving regulatory schemes and resolve disputes that arise along the way.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former law clerk and summer associate, Jacob joined us full-time after earning his law degree. He previously interned with the New Jersey Department of Law & Public Safety, Division of Law and with a boutique criminal defense law firm.
While attending the George Washington University Law School, Jacob was selected for membership on the Moot Court and Mock Trial Boards. He also volunteered as a pro-bono case screener for the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project and served as a member of the Public Contract Law Journal.
