Biography
Jaeho advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, compliance and transactional matters.
He represents domestic and foreign companies in anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission. He also advises federal contractors on regulatory compliance, contract disputes and other procurement matters.
In addition, Jaeho has experience with construction litigation.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate, Jaeho joined us full-time after earning his law degree.
Jaeho previously worked as a summer law clerk for Asian Americans Advancing Justice and as a procurement intern for the Department of Homeland Security's Office of General Counsel.
At law school, Jaeho served as student co-chair of the 2023 Arnold & Porter Government Contracts Moot Court Competition, where he also earned the award for Best Brief. A compliance officer for the Student Bar Association, Jaeho also served as treasurer of the GW Law Revue and of the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, student advisor to the GW Inn of Courts Program and notes editor of the Public Contract Law Journal Editorial Board.
Jaeho, a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, received the Dean’s Recognition for Professional Development. Before enrolling in law school, he worked as a community outreach coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters in New York through the AmeriCorps service program.
