Biography

A member of the Litigation Department, Jamie-Lee has experience with a range of commercial litigation, including dram shop, breach of contract and deceptive trade practices and fraud claims, as well as premises liability matters.

Jamie-Lee's litigation successes include securing dismissal on summary judgment with both traditional and no-evidence motions, and a successful Rule 91a motion to dismiss. Jamie-Lee has also successfully argued an international child abduction case and a motion for an award of attorneys’ fees.

Before Fox Rothschild

Jamie-Lee previously worked as a summer associate at Fox Rothschild. She also worked as a legal intern in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas and for Judge Lisa Green of Dallas County Criminal Court No.5. 

Jamie-Lee was a law clerk at a San Antonio-based law firm.

While in law school, she was named to the Pro Bono Honor Roll and chosen as courthouse chief to supervise new students in the Criminal Justice Clinic.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Jamie-Lee is an accomplished tennis player. She qualified for the NCAA National Tennis Championships in singles, doubles and team competition while attending St. Mary’s University.
