Biography
A member of the firm's Corporate Department, Jane advises for-profit and nonprofit clients on a variety of transactional and tax matters, including entity selection and formation, business sales and acquisitions, real estate transactions and seed financing.
Jane is well-versed in the full range of franchise law matters, including registrations, renewals and drafting of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). She assists in the preparation of franchise agreements and related documents and handling franchise regulatory matters with various state agencies.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Jane was an associate at a boutique law firm in Seattle, serving startups, small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
During law school, Jane served as the editor-in-chief of the Washington Law Review and as co-president of the Women’s Law Caucus. In addition, she was a research assistant to several professors and was the student director of the Legal Writing Center at the University of Washington.
Before attending law school, Jane worked in management consulting.

Jane is a volunteer attorney for Communities Rise, a nonprofit organization in Seattle, and a member of the Junior League of Seattle.
