Biography

Jeffrey guides clients' projects through the land use approval process and provides strategic legal advice on a broad range of commercial and residential purchase, sale, leasing and financing transactions.

Specifically, developers and business owners rely on Jeffrey to represent them before zoning and planning boards to secure site plan, subdivision and variance approvals. He has appeared and/or filed land use applications in well over 100+ municipalities throughout New Jersey and has experience obtaining approvals for warehouse and distribution facilities, multifamily housing, single family subdivisions, retail centers and mixed-use complexes.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Jeffrey was a real estate associate in the Princeton office of an East Coast Am Law 150 law firm. After graduating from law school, Jeffrey was a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage.

While an undergraduate at Rutgers University, Jeffrey was an Eagleton Institute of Politics Undergraduate Fellow.
