Biography
Jessica is an experienced matrimonial and family law attorney who works collaboratively with her clients to define their goals and map out the most efficient and strategic course for achieving their desired results.
Well-versed in the latest developments in the law, Jessica is adept at guiding clients to address their overall financial health and to plan for both the short- and long-term consequences of Family Court proceedings. She advises and represents clients in the full range of family law matters, including:

Jessica is passionate about protecting victims of domestic violence. She is a volunteer lawyer and serves on the Junior Advisory Board for Partners for Women and Justice, a nonprofit that empowers low-income survivors of domestic violence to build safe and secure futures for themselves and their children by providing equal access to justice.
She is also actively involved with the Family Law Executive Committee of the Essex County Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Section where she serves as Trustee.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Jessica was an attorney at a New Jersey-based law firm, where she concentrated her practice on matrimonial and family law. She previously served as Law Clerk to Judge Michael R. Casale of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division.
While in law school, Jessica provided pro bono representation through the Seton Hall Center for Conflict Management and the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice’s Family Law Clinic. Also during law school, Jessica worked as a Law Clerk at a New Jersey-based matrimonial law firm and as a Judicial Intern to Judge Paul J. Vichness of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. Jessica was a member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and served as its Senior Comments Editor.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Jessica is a volunteer attorney for Partners for Women and Justice as well as for Volunteer Lawyers for Justice. She is actively involved in the Essex County Bar Association, including participation on the Family Law Executive Committee and with the Young Lawyers Section where she serves as Trustee. Jessica has also served as moderator for numerous seminars on family law practice. She also volunteers her time by lending her knowledge as a panelist for the Essex County Early Settlement Panel, a judiciary program designed to facilitate settlement in a mediation-like setting; and as an investigator for the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics, District XB Ethics Committee.
