Biography

Jessica is an experienced commercial litigator who represents businesses in complex disputes in federal and state courts and in arbitration. She focuses her practice on high-stakes commercial disputes, strategic risk mitigation and litigation involving emerging technologies.

Her practice centers on sophisticated commercial matters, including product liability actions, shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, intellectual property claims and breach-of-contract cases. She brings a practical, business-focused approach to these matters, informed by her prior experience in the technology sector, where she developed software and complex web-based systems. Before Fox Rothschild

Before joining Fox, Jessica practiced at a national law firm and served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Nevada Office of the Attorney General.

While earning her law degree, Jessica externed for the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. She also interned with the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the Southern Nevada Water Authority and was a member of her law school’s Gaming Law Journal.
