Biography
Jessica represents clients in complex commercial litigation and guides them through all stages of litigation in New York.
Jessica has extensive trial level and appellate experience involving myriad business torts, partnership dissolutions, New York and Delaware contractual issues and real estate disputes. She has counseled a wide variety of clients, including a global advisory and brokerage firm, cooperative shareholders, and specialty underwriters and their affiliates.
Before Fox Rothschild
Jessica joined us from a national law firm where she was a litigation associate. She previously practiced at boutique law firm and clerked for the Honorable Andrea Masley of the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division.
While earning her law degree, Jessica interned with the Honorable Esther Salas of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She also worked on the Rutgers Law Review as a Staff Editor and an Articles Editor.
