Transactional Divorce Package

What's Included

The following services are included in the $6,500 flat fee*:

• Draft a divorce complaint and all divorce-related forms.
• Create a marital asset and debt spreadsheet.
• Prepare a property settlement agreement.
• Provide three hours of attorney time.

*Filing fees estimated at $500.

What's NOT Included

The following matters are excluded from the flat fee and would be billed separately if needed:

• Complex financial profiles**
• Support
• Custody
• Protection from Abuse orders
• Motions
• Discovery
• Court appearances
• Appeals
• Any time over the three-hour threshold

**Individuals with complex financial profiles that include any of the following items are not eligible for this package:

• Interest in any business or business entity.
• Equity compensation, stock compensation or stock options.
• Deferred compensation.
• Compensation other than W-2 wages (1099, K-1).
• Interest in any trusts.
• Investment real estate.
