Biography
Jessica represents clients in all stages of litigation. She leverages her litigation strategy and risk management skills to vigorously defend clients in commercial, intellectual property and employment disputes.
Jessica has represented clients in a wide variety of business, intellectual property and employment matters across a broad range of industries in both state and federal court. She further provides her clients with strategic brand protection advice and trademark counseling.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining us, Jessica was an associate in the Los Angeles office of a multistate business litigation firm. She also previously worked as a law clerk at a San Diego-based intellectual property law firm, working primarily in trademark prosecution, litigation and enforcement.
During law school, Jessica was an Associate Board Member of the Appellate Moot Court and a very active member of the Black Law Student Association, holding the Treasurer position from 2019 to 2021. While in law school, Jessica earned the CALI Award in Copyright Law and received the Black Alumni Network and the Delroy Richardson Endowed Law scholarships.
Before entering the legal profession, Jessica was a financial advisory and audit consultant at a global management consulting firm where she specialized in performing Business Operational Performance Audits and Sarbanes-Oxley Audits for Fortune 500 companies.
