Biography
John assists in a wide variety of intellectual property, general litigation, corporate, real estate and aviation matters.
He has experience with patent infringement litigation involving various technology industries, in addition to trademark, copyright, trade secrets and contract disputes. He often assists clients with pre-litigation investigations, and analysis of infringement and invalidity positions.
Before Fox Rothschild
John twice served as a summer associate for Fox Rothschild during law school. He also was a legal scholar intern with the Alamo Law Center, where he assisted in various criminal and civil matters, and was a member of Georgetown University Law Center's Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
A lover of art and history, John collects antique 18th and 19th century ceramics crafted in China and Japan specifically for Western markets. His collection documents the multifaceted sociopolitical history of this era through the lens of art. He is a member of the American Alliance of Museums and often assist institutions, dealers and private collectors with object research.
John also is an amateur ceramic artist, inspired by traditional Chinese forms.
