Biography
A skilled intellectual property litigator, John represents clients in complex patent, trademark and copyright disputes.
His experience extends to patent infringement litigation involving various technology industries including pharmaceutical, computer science, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering technologies. John also represents clients, including artists and creators, involved in various trademark, copyright and contract disputes. In addition, John represents generic pharmaceutical companies involved in Hatch Waxman litigation and Paragraph IV disputes.
John often assists clients with pre-litigation counseling and investigations, and handles all aspects of pre-trial matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
John twice served as a summer associate for Fox Rothschild during law school. He also was a legal scholar intern with the Alamo Law Center, where he assisted in various criminal and civil matters, and was a member of Georgetown University Law Center's Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
A lover of art and history, John collects antique 18th and 19th century ceramics crafted in China and Japan specifically for Western markets. His collection documents the multifaceted sociopolitical history of this era through the lens of art. He is a member of the American Alliance of Museums and often assist institutions, dealers and private collectors with object research.
John also is an amateur ceramic artist, inspired by traditional Chinese forms.
