John assists clients with a broad range of corporate governance matters, commercial transactions and contract drafting and review.
Before Fox Rothschild
Before joining us, John was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lisa Miralles Walsh, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union Vicinage.
Prior to that, he worked as a law clerk with the Aboyoun Dobbs law firm, which is now part of Fox Rothschild.
