Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome Jonathan Pepin to the New York office as counsel in the Intellectual Property Department.

Pepin is a seasoned intellectual property litigator. He focuses his practice on life sciences matters and represents clients in patent infringement, inter partes review, Hatch-Waxman, and trademark infringement and misappropriation matters. He frequently appears in federal court and before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

With over a decade of litigation experience, Pepin also works with clients to develop strategies to mitigate litigation as well as to optimize and expand patent protection. He assists corporate law attorneys with patent due diligence and risk assessments for transactions.

He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School and his B.S. from Villanova University.

Prior to joining Fox, Pepin was an attorney at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.
