Biography
Jonathan is a seasoned intellectual property litigator focusing on life sciences matters.
He represents clients in patent infringement, inter partes review, Hatch-Waxman, and trademark infringement and misappropriation matters. He frequently appears in federal court and before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Jonathan also works with clients to develop strategies to mitigate litigation as well as to optimize and expand patent protection. In addition, Jonathan has experience assisting corporate law attorneys with patent due diligence and risk assessments for transactions.
He is a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee.
Before Fox Rothschild
Jonathan previously practiced at global law firms, amassing over a decade of litigation experience. He is a former law clerk to the Honorable James Den Uyl of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County Vicinage.
While earning his law degree, Jonathan was a summer associate and intern for the General Electric Healthcare Life Sciences Division. He also interned in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County Vicinage. Jonathan was the managing business editor of the Rutgers Race and the Law Review, a representative to the Intellectual Property Law Society and co-chair of the Rutgers Public Interest Law Foundation.
