Biography
Joseph advises clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions and financing matters.
A member of our Retail Industry Practice Group, Joseph supports the drafting and negotiation of commercial real estate retail, office and industrial leases and other real estate business agreements and related transaction documents. He brings strong research and analytical skills developed through a diverse range of legal experience.
Before Fox Rothschild
Joseph joined us after earning his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. There, he was Vice President of the Brooklyn Blockchain and Metaverse Society, IPMT Newsletter Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Association and 1L Delegate to the Brooklyn Business Law Association.
He previously worked as a Law Clerk, Summer Associate and Legal Extern for a boutique law firm. Joseph also held an externship with the legal department of a crypto exchange software company and co-founded an NFT project that was featured in Newsweek.
