Josephine defends clients in commercial litigation in federal and state court. In addition to helping clients resolve disputes, she advises on risk mitigation strategies.

Her experience includes construction defect litigation, real estate, employment, and torts and liability matters.

Before Fox Rothschild

Josephine joined us from a national law firm. While earning her law degree, Josephine gained experience in the legal department of a software company as well as at a boutique law firm. She also consulted for local businesses through the Ronald A. Peterson Community Development & Entrepreneurship Clinic. Josephine served as a Research & Technical Editor of the Seattle University Law Review and was on Seattle University’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.
