Biography
Julia concentrates her practice in all areas of family law, including:
- Divorce
- Child custody
- Child and spousal support
- Alimony
- Equitable distribution of marital property
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
- Business, tax and estate planning issues for high net worth clients involved in divorce and support actions
- Asset investigation and valuation issues impacting professional practices, business owners and spouses
Julia litigates and negotiates family law cases in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties.
In addition, Julia provides legal services with our business and health law attorneys to assist members in the aesthetics industry, including distributors, medical spas, laser clinics and health care providers with business formation, franchise and regulatory issues to comply with federal and state law.
Julia was recently voted to join the Board of Directors of the SeniorLAW Center. She will serve a three year term. SeniorLAW Center’s mission is to improve the lives of seniors and protect their rights through legal representation, education and advocacy.
