Artificial Intelligence and the Family Law Landscape: Opportunities, Challenges and Ethical Considerations
Julia Swain recently planned and moderated a continuing legal education program presented by the Philadelphia Bar Association as part of the Bench-Bar Conference, exploring the impact of artificial intelligence on the practice of family law. The program, which featured a panel of legal and industry experts, examined how AI tools are being used by attorneys, judges, and self-represented litigants in family law matters, and addressed both the opportunities and risks that AI presents to practitioners, the courts, and the public. The session also offered practical strategies for the responsible integration of AI into legal practice. Swain serves as Chair of Fox Rothschild's Family Law Department.
