Julie is a skilled litigator with broad experience handling difficult fiduciary and estate matters, as well as complex commercial and construction disputes.

She represents a variety of fiduciaries, including banks, trust companies, individual beneficiaries, charities, trustees, guardian agencies and executors. She often handles disagreements over estate administration, powers of attorney, guardianships, trusts, and fees and commissions.

When it comes to guardianship litigation, Julie has worked on both sides of emotionally fraught issues. She’s initiated actions to have people declared incapacitated and defended against such claims. In will and trust disputes, she’s also argued claims involving lack of testamentary capacity and undue influence.

Beyond fiduciary litigation, Julie works with businesses of all sizes to solve their messiest problems in the most cost-effective way possible. Her experience extends to helping contractors and subcontractors secure mechanics liens and navigate Pennsylvania’s Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA).

She also handles environmental litigation, representing clients before the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board, state, and federal courts.
