Fox Rothschild Announces New C-Suite Members

Fox Rothschild welcomes Julie Paul as the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer and Amit Amin as its Chief Financial Officer.

As the firm continues to grow coast to coast, we’ll benefit greatly from their insights on streamlining and enhancing our processes, strategy and operations.”

Paul joins Fox with extensive expertise in labor and employment law, workplace relations and HR leadership, including nearly two decades at the helm of human resources in law firms and professional service firms. She most recently served as CHRO and Assistant General Counsel at Armstrong Teasdale and has also led teams at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young.

Paul earned her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and practiced labor and employment law for a decade, first at Cozen O’Connor and then with Stradley Ronon. She also served as General Manager of Labor and Employee Relations for the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority.

Amin brings a wealth of experience in financial strategy, analysis, reporting and technology as well as accounting management and operations at global law firms. He was previously Chief Financial Officer, North America, at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and has served several senior leadership roles at Baker & McKenzie.

Amin began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in the Advisory Group. He earned his M.B.A. in Operations and Strategy at the University of California, Irvine and his B.S. in Computer Engineering at the University of California, San Diego. Amin is Black Belt certified in Six Sigma and is a Certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
