Biography
Julie leads all aspects of human resources for the firm across its national office network, encompassing labor and employment law compliance, employee and workplace relations, talent development, cultural engagement, compensation and benefits, well-being, and business professional recruitment.
She designs and implements programs and policies that advance the firm's strategic goals, strengthen its culture, and drive organizational excellence.
A key member of the firm's executive leadership, Julie plays a critical role in guiding mergers and integration efforts, from strategic planning through execution. She partners closely with the Firm Management and Leadership Teams to shape initiatives that support the firm's long-term growth and vision.
Before Fox Rothschild
With an extensive background in labor and employment law, workplace relations and HR leadership, Julie spent nearly two decades at the helm of human resources in law firms and professional service firms. Prior to joining Fox, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Assistant General Counsel at Armstrong Teasdale. She has also led teams at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young.
Julie earned her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and practiced labor and employment law for a decade, first at Cozen O’Connor and then with Stradley Ronon.
