Biography

Julie leads all aspects of human resources for the firm, including labor and employment law compliance, employee and workplace relations, talent development, employee engagement, compensation analysis, benefits, well-being and business professional recruitment.

Working with the firm's Chief Talent Officer and firm leadership, she provides strategic guidance and support in the human resources function throughout the firm's national network of offices, recommending and implementing programs and policies that enhance organizational efficiencies and team building as well as further the strategy and support the culture of the firm.

Julie plays a pivotal role in the implementation and analysis of mergers as well as integration efforts. She also works collaboratively with the Professional Recruitment and Professional Development teams in the Talent Management Department on attorney-specific initiatives.

Before Fox Rothschild

With an extensive background in labor and employment law, workplace relations and HR leadership, Julie spent nearly two decades at the helm of human resources in law firms and professional service firms. Prior to joining Fox, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Assistant General Counsel at Armstrong Teasdale. She has also led teams at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young.

Julie earned her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and practiced labor and employment law for a decade, first at Cozen O’Connor and then with Stradley Ronon. She also served as General Manager of Labor and Employee Relations for the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority.
