Biography
A litigator, Kaitlyn guides clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process.
She represents businesses in state and federal court and arbitration. Kaitlyn also works closely with her clients to develop risk-mitigation strategies.
Before Fox Rothschild
Kaitlyn joined us after completing a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Thomas Logue of Florida's Third District Court of Appeal. There, she reviewed countless Florida appeals on a broad range of topics. She previously worked as a litigation associate for boutique and regional law firms, focusing on commercial and municipal tort defense.
During law school, Kaitlyn was a student advocate and research assistant for the Florida State University College of Law Immigration & Farmworker Clinic. She also served on the board of the Student Bar Association and was the school liaison to the American Bar Association.
