Biography
Kara represents clients in all stages of commercial litigation, from inception through trial.
She has a background in insurance litigation, with considerable experience defending bad faith, Washington State Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Insurance Fair Conduct Act (IFCA) claims. Kara has also handled a broad range of business litigation, in state and federal courts, including in the health care sector.
In addition, Kara counsels clients on strategies to mitigate litigation exposure.
Before Fox Rothschild
Kara joined us from a boutique litigation firm. She previously practiced at other boutique and regional law firms.
While earning her law degree, Kara worked as staff writer and later Chief Managing Editor of the school's law journal. She was also a member of the Traynor Honor Society and earned the Witkin Award and the Emil Gumpert Award in Trial Advocacy.
